We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
As the leader of our App and Display marketing team you will design best-in-class channel marketing strategies
for our apps with the objective to continue our strong growth in app downloads, user base, engagement, bookings, and revenues.
for our online display campaigns across mobile and desktop devices, including both lower as well as mid- and upper-funnel campaigns;
You will run a high agile App and Display marketing organization that can deliver against the channel strategies using leading technologies/capabilities as well as effective operations;
With your team, you will build a roadmap for and implement an app/display marketing platform around strong technological capabilities including tracking, deep linking, AB testing and measurement frameworks;
Owning and operating the mobile marketing technology stack, including and not limited to measurement, attribution, testing, deep linking, fraud detection and campaign orchestration/automation platforms;
Define budget for and lead app/display related performance marketing campaigns (eg., paid app acquisition channels, app re-engagement, Video Campaigns, Retargeting campaigns, Social Ads, etc.) to achieve budgeted targets;
Liaise with other in-house teams (eg., pricing, product/IT, CRM, etc.) to ensure strategic and operational alignment across all app/display related workstreams.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior role within Mobile App Marketing with a strong focus on marketing capabilities and technology, is mandatory;
Strong experience in choosing, integrating and operating mobile marketing technologies, including and not limited to measurement, attribution, testing, deep linking, fraud detection and campaign orchestration/automation platforms, is mandatory,
Ideally experience in display marketing technologies and campaign management, including ad-servers and programmatic buying platforms.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze statistical data to make optimization decisions;
Ideally, experience in working with Data Scientists to integrate Machine Based Learning solutions wherever possible;
Ideally, people management experience within a strong agile organization;
Good team working skills used to working across functions and stakeholders;
