Position based in headquarters Barcelona expanding Hostel group
Is responsible for the day to day operational management and performance of all hostels units and their employees. Will work closely with Hostel Managers / Area Ops. managers to develop their operations providing a quality product and service to ensure an excellent guest experience. Lead the vision and the right strategy to inspire and guide the team to offer excellence in service with adequate quantitative results in all units.
- Minimum of 5-10 years' some of them in multi-property hotel management experience (full service/limited service hotels)
- Previous experience in managing several units along with new property openings in several countries.
- Extensive knowledge of the hostel operations, and have had a professional growth in all areas. Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational growing and development within an expanding organization.
